- I am the Chaplain Emeritus to the Kentucky State Government. I have been in this ministry since December of 1982. This ministry allows me to be in direct contact with our state and national leaders. On a daily basis I counsel, pray and work with our leaders. In addition to this work I travel the country preaching God and Country meetings and Family and Home services. I have been married to my wife Saundra for more than 46 years! I have 3 children.
